Professional Services Marketing
Professional services marketing is designing how the expertise of a law firm or tax office
shows up first in search and AI answers.
MAKE Marketing plans columns and Q&A that answer the real questions of clients,
and runs Naver Place and the website in line with each profession's advertising rules.

From a client's question
to the firm's column
We find the questions clients actually ask and answer them in columns,
then check advertising rules and AI answers too.
Finding client questions
We pick the questions to cover in columns from search volume and consultation inquiries.
Advertising rule review
We find and replace expressions that breach the tax accountant advertising rules.
Checking the firm in AI answers
We check whether AI mentions the firm and cites its columns for related questions.
Sample screen: monthly search volume for inheritance and gift tax questions is compared to pick column topics, expressions like "100% tax audit defense" are fixed to meet advertising rules, and then we check whether ChatGPT mentions Bareun Tax & Accounting and cites the column.
Sound familiar?
Inquiries come only through referrals
Firms that want to bring in clients through search
You publish columns, but they don't show up in search
Firms whose content isn't organized around the questions it answers
AI answers mention only the big firms
Firms that don't appear in ChatGPT or Gemini answers
You're worried about advertising rules
Firms that hesitate to promote themselves because it's unclear which expressions could be a problem
What MAKE Marketing does
Columns and Q&A by practice area
We analyze the questions clients actually type into search boxes and ask AI, and plan columns and Q&A that give the answer in the first sentence. Facts and legal interpretation are reviewed by the attorney or accountant before publishing.
Naver Place optimization
We diagnose the main keywords and description for law and tax offices and propose improvements.
Website structure
We organize information about the firm, its people and practice areas in a structure that search engines and AI understand easily, and build out the FAQ.
AI answer measurement
We measure AI answers to questions that combine area and practice field, and analyze whether the firm is mentioned and cited.
Advertising rule review
We review expressions against Article 23 of the Attorney-at-Law Act and Korean Bar Association rules for lawyers, and the tax accountant advertising rules for tax accountants.
How we work
Diagnosis
We diagnose the firm's visibility in search, Naver Place, the website and AI answers.
Question design
We organize the questions clients ask in each practice area.
Execution
We run columns, Q&A, Naver Place and the website with rule review built in.
Report
We summarize and share changes in visibility and mentions.
Frequently asked questions
Can a lawyer's ad use the word "specialist"?
Only for fields registered as specialty fields with the Korean Bar Association. Fields that are not registered are described as, for example, "main practice areas."
Which expressions should tax accountant ads avoid?
The tax accountant advertising rules in force from June 24, 2026 ban guaranteed refunds, unfounded superlatives such as "No. 1 in the industry," unfounded "free" or "lowest price" claims, and stating average refund amounts.
Who writes the columns?
MAKE Marketing handles question analysis and the first draft, and facts and legal interpretation are reviewed by the attorney or accountant before publishing.
