Healthcare Marketing
Healthcare marketing is designing how a clinic shows up first in searches by area and specialty,
and how those searches turn into bookings and visits.
MAKE Marketing runs Naver blogs, Naver Place, the website and AI answers as one flow,
and reviews every piece of content against Korea's medical advertising rules.

From search to booking,
confirmed by results
Rankings, medical ad rule review, through to booking inquiries.
We share it all in screens measured with MAKE AI.
Search visibility check
We measure where the clinic appears in Naver AI Briefing, Naver Place and blogs.
Medical ad rule review
We find and replace expressions that breach Article 56 of the Medical Service Act.
Tracking through to booking
We check whether search visibility leads to visits and booking inquiries.
Sample screen: searching "Haeundae acne scars" shows our post as the first source in AI Briefing, Naver Place up from #9 to #3 and #2 on the Blog tab; then the copy's "painless" and "first in Korea" are fixed to meet the Medical Service Act, and the flow from search visibility to booking inquiries is shown.

What MAKE Marketing does
Naver blog management
We plan copy around treatment and procedure keywords and publish after reviewing it for banned and cautionary medical advertising expressions. After publishing, we analyze Blog tab and integrated search rankings and whether Naver AI Briefing cites the post.
Naver Place optimization
We diagnose the main keywords and description, and propose improvements based on keyword and search volume analysis of competing clinics in the same area.
Website diagnosis and improvement
We diagnose the site structure against SEO, AEO and GEO criteria, and propose additions to treatment information, FAQs and structured data.
AI answer visibility
We measure ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude answers to the questions patients actually ask, and build the evidence content that gets the clinic mentioned and cited.
Ad management
We optimize ad budgets and creatives based on booking and visit data.
Reports every round
We summarize changes in rankings and AI mentions in a report and propose the plan for the next round.

Frequently asked questions
Which channel does healthcare marketing start with?
We start by diagnosing Naver Place and the blog, where local search carries the most weight. If search engines and AI can't read the website well enough, we improve the website at the same time.
How do you handle medical advertising review?
Blog and social media copy is published only after we review it for expressions banned by Article 56 of the Medical Service Act (guaranteed results, comparisons with other clinics, patient treatment stories and so on). Ads placed in media that require pre-review run only after passing review.
Can we use patient reviews or before-and-after photos?
Patient treatment stories and before-and-after photos can mislead people about treatment results, so they are restricted under the Medical Service Act. MAKE Marketing leaves these out of the copy and builds informational content around the treatment process and precautions.
How do you share results?
We share changes in Naver Place rankings, blog rankings, and mentions and citations in AI answers, measured with MAKE AI, in a report every round.
