Medical Service Act, Article 56 · Marketing Glossary · Updated

"The best," "the first," "painless," "no side effects," "100% satisfaction," patient reviews and before-and-after photos are expressions that often get flagged in copy. Posts on a clinic's blog, social media and website can also count as medical advertising depending on the content.

Banned expressions are rewritten as information. For example, instead of "painless treatment," write "we explain pain and possible side effects in a consultation before treatment."
